How Laughter Therapy Helps Build Workplace High Performance

Building workplace high performance programs have proven to be a vital tool to ensure a happy and healthy staff.
There is an ongoing push, mainly due to workplace stresses, the pressures of a person’s social and family dynamics and the outbreak of the Corona Virus, which has been a major contributor of stress.
Laughter is the natural cure.
By introducing, “Awakening the Happiness Factor program series“ using Laughter Yoga as a vital tool for staff employees, businesses have reported a happier workplace, increased efficiency, better communication, increase in sales and productivity, increased creativity, better teamwork skills, decrease in illness and absenteeism and a reduction in employee turnover.
Your employees will receive guidelines on how to practice Receiving Life’s Rewards, the Riches of Life, and the Principles of Success, according to Napoleon Hill`s teachings.
Kathryn will deliver a customized 4 week, or three, six, nine, twelve or sixteen high performance module series program, your choice.
Each session can run for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or one hour segments, over a period of weeks, or months, your choice.
Kimmins will also be available after each session to answer any questions or provide support if required. This specifically designed and unique program focuses on improving the physical, mental, emotional, creative, intellectual and spiritual health of each attendee.
The sessions will consist of an interactive laughter class and the teachings behind the reasons for laughing. In addition to this, each module will have a theme to tie the concept to other complimentary and practical skills.

“I have a fabulous lady for your tune – up she teaches laughter yoga. Her name is Kathryn Kimmins.
This is a cardio vascular workout while you laugh non stop. It is the best thing I have ever been a part of and if you want to check her out in advance – come and join me and my volunteers at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on Thursday March 31 from 7 – 8 pm.
It was such a treat to let loose and laugh with no inhibitions during your great laughter session! I smile and giggle just thinking about it! Laughter is good like a medicine! So great for our heart and souls.
